What data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have.
This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Lithuanian version prevails.

1. What data we collect
● Account data - account name, e-mail address, a cryptographic hash of the password.
● Game data - character names, levels, game statistics, login times.
● Payment data - payment amount, date, payment identifier, the chosen package and the character the item is delivered to. We do not collect or see payment card or bank login details - they are handled by the payment service provider.
● Technical data - IP address, browser type, time of visit, server logs.
2. What we use it for
● To create an account and provide the game service.
● To fulfil orders and process payments.
● To detect fraud, abuse and rule violations.
● To solve technical problems and ensure the quality of the service.
● To contact you about an order or your account.
3. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of performing a contract (account and order service), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention) and legal obligation (accounting).
4. Who we share it with
● The payment service provider - to the extent necessary to complete the payment.
● The server hosting provider - the data is stored on the server.
● Competent authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention period
● Account data - while the account is active and for 12 months after it is deleted.
● Payment data - 10 years, as required by accounting legislation.
● Server logs - up to 12 months.
6. Cookies
The website uses strictly necessary cookies: PHPSESSID (to maintain the session), to remember the chosen language and to store an invite code. These cookies are necessary for the website to work. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to receive a copy of your data. Send your request by e-mail to admin@l2reload.lt - we will reply within 30 calendar days.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
8. Data security
The website works over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Only administrators have access to the data.
9. Changes to this policy
When this policy is changed, the new version is published on this page.
