Terms of sale
Terms for the purchase, delivery and refund of digital content.
This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Lithuanian version prevails.

1. General provisions
1.1. The Seller sells digital content used on the l2reload.lt game server.
1.2. Purchases may be made by natural persons with full legal capacity. Minors under 18 may buy only with the consent of their parents or guardians.
1.3. By confirming an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
2. Goods
2.1. The goods sold are digital content: in-game currency (RELOAD letters) and temporary access to an additional game feature (.play).
2.2. The description, price in euros and quantity received for each item are shown on the shop page.
2.3. The goods exist only on the l2reload.lt game server and have no value outside it. They cannot be exchanged for money.
3. Ordering and payment
3.1. The Buyer logs in to their account and chooses the item and the character it will be delivered to.
3.2. In the order summary the Buyer sees the item, the quantity and the final price in euros including all taxes.
3.3. After accepting the terms, the Buyer proceeds to payment through a payment service provider.
3.4. Payment is considered made when the payment service provider confirms receipt of the funds.
3.5. Payments are made in euros (EUR).
4. Delivery terms
4.1. The goods are digital and are delivered automatically, immediately after the payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery and no delivery fee.
4.2. RELOAD letters are delivered by in-game mail to the character named in the order. The character must be logged in to the game; delivery runs every 30 seconds, so the item usually arrives within half a minute. If the Buyer is not logged in at the time, the delivery waits and is completed within 30 seconds of logging in.
4.3. .play access is granted to the account. For it to take effect, the Buyer must log out and log in again. Any remaining time is extended, not overwritten.
4.4. If the item has not arrived within 24 hours, the Buyer should write to admin@l2reload.lt, stating the order number.
5. Refund terms
5.1. The goods are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, and their supply begins immediately after payment.
5.2. Under Article 6.22810(2)(13) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply once the supply of digital content has begun with the Buyer's express consent and their acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal. The Buyer gives this confirmation before payment.
5.3. If the item was not delivered due to a technical error or the Seller's fault, the Buyer has the right to demand delivery of the item or a refund. The request must be sent by e-mail within 14 days of payment.
5.4. Money is refunded by the same payment method that was used for the payment, within 14 days of the request being granted.
5.5. Money is not refunded if the item was delivered and used, or if the account was banned for breaking the server rules.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
6.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the paid item and to keep the service running.
6.2. The Seller has the right to carry out technical maintenance during which the server may be temporarily unavailable.
6.3. The Buyer undertakes to provide correct details and to follow the server rules.
6.4. The Buyer is responsible for keeping their account login details secure.
7. Dispute resolution
7.1. Disagreements are resolved through negotiation. Send your requests by e-mail to admin@l2reload.lt; we reply within 14 days.
7.2. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or the online dispute resolution platform ec.europa.eu/odr.
7.3. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies.
8. Final provisions
8.1. The Seller has the right to change these terms. The version in force at the time the order was placed applies.
8.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.
