Kaip pranešti apie klaidą

Kad klaidą pavyktų sutvarkyti, mums reikia ją atkartoti. Kuo tiksliau aprašysi, tuo greičiau ji dings — dažnai skirtumas tarp „pataisyta tą pačią dieną“ ir „nerandame“ yra vienas sakinys.

Vieną klaidą — į vieną temą. Taip lengviau sekti, kas jau sutvarkyta.

Nuotraukos labai padeda. Fotografuok visą ekraną, ne iškarpą — dažnai svarbu, kas matosi šone.

Jei buvo raudona sistemos eilutė, perrašyk ją pažodžiui.

Jei klaida susijusi su daiktu, parašyk tikslų jo pavadinimą.

Ko čia nerašyti

Pasiūlymai ir balansas — į Bendras diskusijas. Klausimai apie prisijungimą ir patch'ą — galima čia, tai irgi pagalba.

Ačiū, kad pranešate. Testo metu tai vienintelis būdas rasti tai, ko patys nepastebime.

How to report a bug (English)

To fix a bug we first have to reproduce it. The more precise your description, the faster it disappears — the difference between "fixed the same day" and "we cannot find it" is often a single sentence.

A few tips

One bug per topic — it is much easier to track what has already been fixed.

Screenshots help a lot. Capture the whole screen rather than a crop; what is visible at the edges often matters.

If there was a red system line, quote it word for word.

If the bug involves an item, write its exact name.
