By creating an account and playing on L2Reload you accept all the rules below.
Not knowing the rules does not remove your responsibility.
The administration has the final word in every dispute and may punish behaviour that is not listed here but clearly harms other players.
The rules can change - the current version is always on this page.

You are responsible for your account: the password, the email and everyone you give it to.
Max dualbox per IP: 3 - three game windows from one IP address, played by hand.
Sharing an account is at your own risk; stolen items and characters are not restored.
Selling or buying accounts, characters or items for real money outside the official store is forbidden.
The administration never asks for your password.

Several windows may be played by hand only. Any program that plays, automates or mirrors the game for you is forbidden.
Bots and auto-farm: Adrenaline (Adrenaline Bot), L2Walker, L2Tower, L2Net, L2Divine, L2Assist, L2Killer, L2Mad, Zranger, Sologuard and every similar tool.
Packet editors and senders: L2PHX, WPE Pro, rPE and any packet level hack.
Key and mouse broadcasting (multiboxing): ISBoxer, Keyclone, HotkeyNet, Synergy, Octopus and similar window mirroring tools.
Macro and script programs: AutoHotkey, AutoIt, Cheat Engine and mouse or keyboard macros (Razer, Logitech, A4Tech and others) used to play automatically.
Modified clients: DLL injectors, speed hacks, wall hacks and any file change that gives an advantage.
Allowed: the in-game macro window and the standard client shortcuts - one action for one key press made by a live person.
Punishment: a permanent ban for every account of the player, without warning; everything farmed with the program is deleted.

Found a bug? Report it to the administration on the forum or by email.
Using a bug - item duplication, walking through walls, skipping zone or quest conditions, endless drops - is forbidden.
Everything gained from a bug is removed, and repeated use ends in a permanent ban.
An honest report is rewarded; hiding a bug and farming it is not.

No flood, spam or capital letter walls in shout, trade and hero chat.
Advertising other servers, selling adena for real money and posting phishing links are forbidden.
Insults about nationality, race, religion or family, real life threats and sharing someone's personal data are forbidden.
Do not pretend to be a GM, an admin or another player - such nicknames, titles and clan names are changed.
Scamming in trade, in a clan or in a party is punished; keep screenshots as proof.

Feeding, arranged fights and traded Olympiad points are forbidden.
AFK farming in events - standing in a corner only for the reward - is punished.
Blocking a zone entrance, a spawn point or a teleport with characters is forbidden.
Using a second window to feed your main character PvP kills, Olympiad points or event rewards is forbidden.

Store items are delivered only through the official store and the account panel.
False payment claims and charge-backs end in a permanent ban.
Never buy items from other players for real money - such deals are not protected and never restored.
Purchase, delivery and return terms: Pirkimo – pardavimo taisyklės.

Warning, chat block, jail, temporary ban, permanent ban - the step depends on how serious the case is.
Bots, forbidden programs and bug abuse start straight from a permanent ban.
A ban covers every account of the player and can cover the whole IP address.
Appeals: the help category on the forum or admin@l2reload.lt. The decision of the administration is final.
